(More customer reviews)this DVD is really cool because it shows what a Manager does within the Music Business in the Land of Hip-Hop. also shows the A&R Department&also goes into detail about Budgets for Projects. I was hoping to see the Points a Artist gets per release&also the reaction of Artists through these meetings. but this is a Pretty Good documentary on the Corperate World of Hip-Hop Music.alot of Politics&Decision making.
