(More customer reviews)Not very instructional, this would better be called a demonstration. It is best paired with the book "The Essential Tantra: A Modern Guide to Sacred Sexuality".
Neither of these are actually Tantra. If you are looking for something Sacred, look elsewhere. However, if you are interested increasing sexual pleasure through Tantra-like activities and positions, these are certainly amongst the better learning aids you can get.
The video does show graphic demonstrations of the more intimate areas... your imagination does not have to go to far with this one. Coupled with the book I mentioned, you will build a solid understanding of erotic massage techniques.
I gave it 3 stars because it isn't tantric as the name implies. I would give it 4 stars if they called it what it is - Erotic Massage.
