(More customer reviews)Over the past couple of years it seems the direct to video market has been inundated by a glut of small studio horror movies. Out of those, this is one of the gems.
A Count, maddened with grief and sadness over his dying, plague stricken bride strikes a deal with the devil that will save his one true love, but it costs him his soul, and turns him into a werewolf. Centuries later, his last descendant is told of a vast family fortune. Striking a bargain with a psychic and a film crew they all head to the castle, stumbling into centuries old intrigue and blood shed.
Yes, it's campy. Yes, it's filled with senseless sex scenes that border on soft core porn. But, yes, it's fast paced and a lot of fun.
When you're feeling like kicking back, watching a movie that will make you smile, and not make you think, this is a great choice.
