(More customer reviews)This movie is excellent for those interested in the historical aspects of the pilgrims reason for leaving for the new world and what their life was like on a ship voyage in the 1600's. Richard Crenna does an excellent job at portraying Elder William Brewster who is considered by many historians to be the founder of the Pilgrim Church. Anthony Hopkins is very good in the role of the ship's captain and his acting skills enhance the film. I would recommend this movie highly.
